     Chive and Garlic Dip

4 tsp dried chives
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery seed
Pinch of pepper
2 cups sour cream
 
Instructions
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
