     Egg Casserole

Ingredients
6-8 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups cheese (cheddar/4cheese blend)
1tsp dry mustard
4 slices bread (remove crust)
1lb sausage (optional) cook and crumble
 

Instructions
Line bottom of casserole dish with broken up bread, sprinkle cheese over bread and sausage if desired. Mix eggs and milk and mustard, pour over other layer. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Insert with knife and if comes out clean it is ready.
