     Crunchy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen hash browns or cubed potatoes
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (16 oz) tubs sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 c. crushed Kellog's cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted
 

Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased pan.
Melt butter and mix with cornflakes.
Spread cornflake mixture evenly over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for an hour or until bubbly.
