3 c. flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. sugar

2 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (save juice)

4 eggs, beaten

1 c. oil
|
| |
1 c. chopped nuts
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl; make a well in the center.
|
|
|
|
Place strawberries with their juice, eggs, oil and nuts in the well.
|
|
|
|
Stir until all ingredients are moistened.
|
|
|
|
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 X 5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
|
