Place rice in bottom of 10x 6 x 2 baking dish. Cook broccoli, carrots, succini, and green beans in boiling water until just tender. Drain, spoon vegetables over rice, top with marinara sauce, cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 5 minutes more to melt cheeses.
