     Oreo Balls

Ingredients
1 package (8 1oz) cream cheese
4 cups crushed oreo cookies (1 pound 2 oz package)
2 cups chocolate baking chips
1 tbsp shortening (optional)
 
Instructions
On high in electric blender, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add cookies and beat until well combined. Regridgerate 2 hours.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Melt chips (and shortening) until smooth. Dip balls into mixture to coat. Chill to harden.
