     Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients
sausage
eggs
bread
milk
cheddar cheese
salt and dry mustard
 

Instructions
Brown 1 lb. sausage. I use Jimmy Dean Original. Beat 6 eggs. Cube six slices of white bread. Mix all with 2 cups of whole milk. Add one cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1t. salt, 1t. dry mustard. Refrigerate overnight in a 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min. This is a favorite Bartels Family recipe. I always make it for Christmas morning and serve with fruit and Cinnamon Coffee Cake. We love it!
