Cut up chicken into small bit size pieces. Sprinkle it w salt, pepper and garlic salt and some cinnamon and curry and ginger. let sit while you sautee onion and celery in pan w butter and EVOO until clear (around 5 minutes). Add more seasoning..curry powder, ginger and cinnamon...cook for 5 minutes and add chicken and then add cream of chicken soup at the end and fill empty soup can with water, combine and let simmer for 20 minutes. I serve with white or brown rice, pita bread and toppings.
