Prepare graham cracker crust according to package directions.
Press mixture into bottom of springform fan to form an even bottom crust. Refrigerate for one hour before filling.

In a large bowl, mix each ingredient in order until fully mixed. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
Then bake for 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
Cool in a closed oven for 1 hour.

|
Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate
overnight
|
|
|
Add cherries or any other filling to top of cheesecake.
