Salt and pepper all sides of roast.
Braise roast in a cast iron Dutch Oven.
Slice onions and place on top of roast.
Mix soup mixes together with sour cream and cover roast with this.
Cover with lid and cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Lana says this is the best roast ever.
