1 1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar, divided 2 Tbs brown sugar
4 packages (8 oz each) cream chesse, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
4 cups apples, chopped and peeled
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with foil. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp brown sugar. Press onto the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream chesse, 1 cup brown sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and blend. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Mix remaing sugar, apples, pecans and cinnamon. Spoon over the batter
Bake 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
