      Raspberry Dessert - Frozen

Ingredients
2 Cups raspberry sherbert, sorbet or gelato
1 Cup cold milk
One, 3.9 oz pkg vanilla or chocolate pudding
3 cups cool whip
1 cup raspberries for topping
 

Instructions
Line 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sherbert into pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
Pour milk and dry pudding into large bowl and whisk until well blended. Fold in cool whip.
Spread pudding mixture over sherbert. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Turn upside down onto serving dish and slice. Top slices with raspberries.
