2 Cups raspberry sherbert, sorbet or gelato
|
|
1 Cup cold milk
|
|
One, 3.9 oz pkg vanilla or chocolate pudding
|
|
3 cups cool whip
|
|
1 cup raspberries for topping
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |

|
Line 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sherbert into pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
|

Pour milk and dry pudding into large bowl and whisk until well blended. Fold in cool whip.
|
|
|
Spread pudding mixture over sherbert. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Turn upside down onto
serving dish and slice. Top slices with raspberries.
