     Pretzel Bottomed Ice Cream Pie

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1/2 oz thin salted hard pretzels (about 24 sticks), finely crushed
3/4 cup Breyers Double Churn Free ice cream
1 Tbsp light vanilla soymilk
Optional- Fat Free Reddi-whip

Instructions
Place crushed pretzels in a small bow and stir in the soymilk. Once mixture is thoroughly blended, evenly spread it along the bottom and up along the sides of the bowl to form a pie crust. Next, scoop ice cream into a separate, microwave safe dish, and microwave for about 10 seconds until just softened.
Give ice cream a thorough stir so that it is an even consistency. Spoon softened ice cream carefully onto the pretzel cust and use the back of the spoon to smooth it out evenly over the crust. Place dish in the freezer until ice cream is hard again.
