2 or 3 Leaves of Fresh Basil ( and 2 for garnish )
1 clove of garlic
Olive Oil
Lemon juice or Lime Juice
Instructions
Combine garbonzo beans, garlic, tahini, tomatoe paste and basil in a blender. Once it is all blended,add a little bit of lemon or lime juice. Then add olive oil until smooth.
Once the hummus is well blended, scoop into a bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Add two basil leaves on top for garnish.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, or tortilla chips
