Place potatoes in a large sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cover and cook until tender about 15-20 minutes.
In a small bowl, fold whipped cream and blue cheese into mayonnaise. Drain potatoes; gently stir in bluecheese mixture. sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
