     Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 quarts stock
1/2 cup diced raw carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1-1/2 cups diced raw potatoes
salt to taste
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup canned peas
1 onion, cut
Pepper to taste
 
Onion Seasoning
Celery Salt
Instructions
Heat stock and add vegetables.
Simmer 1 hour.
Add seasoning and serve hot.
