Cake Mixture
Mix dry ingredients
Flour
Cinnomon
Salt
set aside
|
|
|
Beat eggs
add oil
buttermilk mixture and sugar and vanilla add to dry ingredients
|

|
Mix in with spoon pinapple
coconut
nuts
Add Carrots
Pour mixture into cake pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes

|
Buttermilk Glaze Frosting
Mix all ingredients except vanilla
Bring to a boil
Boil 5 minutes
Add vanilla and pour over hot cake

Suggestions |
|
Eat while cake is hot, but it is great cold, with coffee, or a nice cold glass of milk
