     Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Salt
4 Tble Shortening
1/2 Cup Warm Water
 

Instructions
Mix Flour and Salt. Cut Shortening (like you would for pie crust). Add water knead a few times
Let it sit for a bit, covered.
Cut into 8 pieces and roll each out. Cook on a hot (preferably cast iron)ungreased skillet till puffy.
Turn and do other side. Takes about 1 to 2 minutes per tortilla.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with favorite meat, or add butter and eat as a snack.
