Mix Flour and Salt.
Cut Shortening (like you would for pie crust).
Add water knead a few times
|

Let it sit for a bit, covered.
|
|
|
Cut into 8 pieces and roll each out.
Cook on a hot (preferably cast iron)ungreased skillet till puffy.
|
|
|
Turn and do other side.
Takes about 1 to 2 minutes per tortilla.

Suggestions |
|
Serve with favorite meat, or add butter and eat as a snack.
