With hand mixer, mix shortening, sugar and eggs first. Add rest of
ingredients (besides chocolate chips), one at a time. Fold in
chocolate chips.
Form dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool
on drying rack before serving.
