1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves minced garlic
|
|
3/4 lb large shrimp, deveined
|

1 tbsp. chives
|
|
1/4 c. white wine
|
|
1/2 stick butter (cut into small chunks)

1 tbsp. lemon juice
|
|
pinch red pepper
|
|
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
|
|

6 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked ( 2 oz. per person)

Instructions |
|
|
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for
about a minute.
|
|
|
Crank up heat and add shrimp. Toss until seared on all sides and
bright pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
|
|
|
Stir in chives, wine, butter, lemon and red pepper. Boil until sauce
is reduced by halt. Stir in parsley and shrimp again and heat
through.
|
|
|
Toss pasta with a bit more olive oil (to coat) and divide among 3
plates, along with a slice of bread.

Suggestions |
|
Put shrimp on top of pasta and serve with lemon wedge
|
