10 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted and water pressed out
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 lb meat (optional)
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water. Drain and lay out shells on wax paper
lined counter. Let cool.
In large bowl, combine cheeses, salt, pepper, and spinach. Mix
well.
Spoon about tbsp. of cheese mix into each shell and lay each seam
side up in casserole dish. Pour sauce (w/ optional meat) over
shells and sprinkle on mozzarella cheese
Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes.
