Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

	2 tablespoons shortening
	1 cup flour
	1 egg
	1/2 teaspoon baking soda
	1 cup sugar
	1 cup applesauce
	1 teaspoon cinnamon
	pinch of salt


Instructions


Bake in an 8x8 pan for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees oven.
