     Best Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
4oz unsweetened chocolate
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in large mixing bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, then on high speed for 3 minutes longer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins.
