In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until creamy, 3-5 mins. Add egg and beat well. Turn mixer to low, add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter morsels. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 mins.
