Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into 1st mixture. Chill, roll dough thin, cute rounds with cookie cutter or roll dough into small balls and press gently with wet fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 10 mins.
