Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
 

Instructions
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar slowly. Add flavoring and fold into flour mixture. Line greased pan with waxed paper, then grease and flour lightly. Pour in mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-18 mins. Turn baked cake on damp towel, spread with jelly and roll it up.
