     Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with sweet potatoes. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 mins.
