melt chocolate in separate bain maries
add half custard mix to each
fold in whipped cream and whipped egg whites
pour 1 mixture into lined loaf tins and freeze for about 1 hour.
take out and add other mixture. refreeze
when ready, cut on a diagonal angle and serve with raspberries and fruit coulis.
grated chocolate over the top
