     Apple Crumble

Ingredients
5 apples - peeled, sliced thinly
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Crumble
1 cup plain flour
115g butter
90g white sugar
pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Combine crumble ingredients in a bowl. Mix together in your hands until it resembles fine breadcrums.
Put apples into a shallow ovenproof serving dish and sprinkle with brown sugar. Spread crumble mix over the apples.
Give dish a bit of shake and bake it in oven at about 200 degrees celsius for about half an hour or until top is evenly golden.
Serve with custard.
