Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a small-sized muffin baking tins.
Cook the bacon and dice.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into muffin tins. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked through.
