Bake potatoes in microwave until soft. Remove from microwave and cut lengthwise. Scoop out potato. Put scooped potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash potatoes. Add butter,milk, seasoning and whip potatoes.
Refill shells, return to microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
