|
Microwave milk until warm, then add yeast and pinch of sugar. Let stand 5 minutes.

Combine flour, potatoes, salt and sugar in a bowl. Once mixed, add milk mixture and oil. Mix for about 3 minutes.

|
Knead dough on a floured surface, then roll out until it's about a half inch thick.
|
|
|
Cut out donuts with a donut cutter or whatever circular jar etc on hand.
