     Easy Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
2 15-oz. cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 17-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
1/8-1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
4 T. lime juice (fresh)
1 T. olive oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 t. salt
 
1/4 t. red pepper

Instructions
Dump it all in a big bowl, cover it, chill overnight or for a few hours. Serve with chips.
