     Pork Chops with Orange-Coriander Butter

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter, softened, divided
4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp ground coriander
 

Instructions
Melt 1 tbsp of the butter in large skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with salt & pepper; cook 8-10 minutes or until browned and pale pink in center, turning once.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together remaining 3 tbsp butter, orange peel, parsley, and coriander. Serve pork chops topped with butter.
