     Spicy Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz box elbow macaroni
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz pepperjack cheese
2 teaspoons AP flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
 
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half-and-half
2 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
Cook macaroni until almost al dente. Shred cheddar and jack cheeses. Toss together most of shredded cheeses and macaroni and pour into baking dish. Save some cheese for the top. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Once combined pour into baking dish on top of macaroni and cheese. Top with reserved shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until top begins to brown and look yummy (or at least until the cheese melts).
