Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a 13 in x 9 in x 2 in baking
pan with aluminum foil and coat well with non-stick cooking spray
Combine hot cooked spaghetti with butter and stir until the butter
melts and coats the spaghetti and add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
and stir to coat and arrange the spaghetti in an even layer in foil-
lined pan
Spread ricotta cheese/ cottage cheese over spaghetti and sprinkle
1/4 cup parmesan cheese then brown the ground beef and drain -
then add pasta sauce and heat until bubbly and spoon over cheeses
and top with mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan cheese
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes- then remove foil cover
and continue baking 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned
and let it stand 10 minutes before serving
