Mix crumbs and butter together. Pat out in a 9 by 13 pan. Distribute evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Poke holes in crust with a knife and pour Eagle Brand milk over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool cut into 2 inch squares.
