Ingredients

	Package of City Chicken (cubes of pork)
	flour
	breadcrumbs
	garlic powder
	season salt
	egg
	broth


Instructions


Put the pork on skewers, dip in egg, and roll in the mixture of flour, bread crumbs, and seasonings.


Brown in an oiled skillet. Put in roaster with some broth to cover the bottom. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
