     Grandmas' Pie Crust

Ingredients
3 Cups Flour
1 3/4 Cup Lard
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
5Tbsp. cold Water
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
 

Instructions
Mix flour and salt together. Cut lard into the flour mixture. Beat egg. Add water and vinegar to eggs.
Combine egg mixture with the flour mixture. Stir until it forms a soft ball.
Turn out onto a lightly floured board. Knead untill smooth. Divide into 2 portions. Roll each piece out into a circle measuirng 2 inches larger than your pie dish.
For a single crust pie bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
