     Beef Pie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 pound ground beef chuck
12 ounces mushrooms, coarsely grated in a food processor
1 teaspoon instant beef-flavor bouillon granules
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour blended with 2 tablespoons cold water
11-ounce package pie crust mix
1 egg yolk blended with 1-1/2 teaspoon milk
 

Instructions
In a 10-inch skillet in the hot butter gently cook onion until golden. Add beef; cook, crumbling with a fork until it is done. Stir in mushrooms, bouillon granules and flour mixture. Cook over moderate heat. Prepare crust and put in pie pan. Pour above mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until done.
