     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 egg
1 pound very lean ground beef
1/2 pound lean ground pork
1 cup cooked, mashed potatoes
1 packet Sweet-N-Low
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk, undiluted

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg lightly and combine with remaining ingredients except flour and milk. Form into 30 walnut-size balls. Roll lightly in flour. In medium-size non-stick skillet, brown a few at a time. Reheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer meatballs to a dutch oven. Cover with milk. Bake covered for about 1 hour or until fully cooked.
