Boil Eggs, peel & slice. Tear/chop lettuce. Slice water chestnuts if
you bought them whole, dice oinion.
Spread 1/2 of the lettuce in the bottom of the dish and spread 1/2
of the mayo on lettuce. This is tricky, so I mix the lettuce & mayo
in the dish, then spread it for the first layer.
Then layer onion, then peas, then chestnuts, then remaining lettuce
& mayo, then eggs, bacon & then cheese.
Serve & enjoy!
