1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh works best, but canned is ok too)
1 each, red and green peppers, cut into chunks
1/2 cup bbq sauce
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
Instructions
Put the chicken, pineapple, and pepper chunks on bbq skewers. Place them all in a large baking dish. Mix bbq sauce and o.j. concentrate and pour over kabobs. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinade for 3- hours. Grill on nonstick foil on grill.
