     Strawberry Pecan Salad

Ingredients
3/4 lb. mixed salad greens
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced (or you can just use a can of mandarin oranges)
1 pint fresh strawberries, quartered
Balsamic Vinaigrette (see recipe)
Sweet and Spicy Pecans (see recipe)
 
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together and top with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Sweet and Spicy Pecans.
