2 cups sugar (can reduce to 1 1/2 cups if lemons are sweeter or you like tart drinks)
2 cups hot water
2 cups lemon juice (8-12 lemons)
6 to 8 cups cold water
Strawberries, crushed or blended or processed
Sprigs of mint
Instructions
Mix the sugar with the hot water until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice, strawberries, and cold water. Refrigerate for 45 minutes, pour into cups of ice, and garnish with mint.
