     Pie Dough

Servings   1 singe crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. AP flour
1 stick butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
4-5 tbsp ice water
 

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Work in butter until it's the size of peas. Add enough ice water to form a soft dough (might take more than what's called for).
Chill for at least 1/2 an hour before rolling (longer is better).
