Ingredients
8 baking potatoes, scrubbed, cut into wedges
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
 

Instructions
Mix dry spices and oil. Dredge potatoes in mixture.
Place potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish. Top with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or to desired doneness.
Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately.
