Ingredients
10 to 12 quart box powdered milk
16 ounces (or more) Coffee Mate or substitute
2 pound can Quick or substitute
4 tablespoons cocoa or more (if you do use more Coffee Mate)
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar or a little more if you use more cocoa
 
Instructions
Mix above ingredients thoroughly.
