     O Charleys Rolls

Cup Crisco oil
cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
cup lukewarm water
1 package dry yeast

Mix Crisco oil, boiling water, salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup lukewarm water, then pour into oil mixture above. Add one large beaten egg and mix. Add- 3 cups all purpose flour and form into a ball Lightly Flour this ball and put into a bowl. Let the flour-ball Rise for 2 hours. Shake the bowl so the ball drops down in size somewhat, Then pinch off 3 pieces for each roll, Then Roll into little balls. Place the 3 balls in a well-greased muffin pan. (Each muffin has 3 balls of flour) Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes yield- 1 dozen I however do not use the muffin tin method.O'Charleys uses the method where they are placed on a sheet-thats what I do.
