     CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE

4-6 CHICKEN BREASTS
1 1/2 DOZEN CORN TORTILLAS
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/2 LARGE ONION
1 1/2 CAN MILK
3/4 JAR OF GREEN CHILI VERDE SAUCE
1/2 LB CHEDDAR OR MEXICAN BLEND CHEESE
 

Instructions
BAKE CHICKEN IN FOIL AT 400 DEGREE FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR THEN SHRED. OR BUY PRE COOKED CHICKEN AND SHRED.CUT TORTILLAS IN 1 INCH SQUARES. CHOP ONION. GRATE CHEESE.
MIX SOUP, ONION, GREEN SAUCE AND MILK (FILL THE SOUP CAN WITH MILK)
13X9 DISH SPRAY WITH PAM AND DASH OF WATER. LAYER TORTILLAS, THEN CHICKEN, THEN SAUCE. REPEAT (BE SURE TO END WITH SAUCE) TOP WITH CHEESE
BAKE UNCOVERED 1 1/2 HOURS AT 300 DEGREES
